Shipping Policy

By placing an order with Hope Rings, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to set clear expectations and protect both parties throughout the shopping experience.


1. General

All orders are subject to stock availability. While we do our best to maintain accurate inventory counts, occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will fulfill the remaining products and contact you to arrange either a backorder or a full refund for the missing item.


2. Shipping Costs

We offer several shipping options depending on your location. Standard First Class Mail is free for all regions. Upgraded options are available at the following rates:

The price displayed at checkout is the final shipping cost — no hidden fees.


3. Returns

3.1 Change of Mind Returns We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided items are returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a store credit will be issued for the value of the goods. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3.2 Warranty Returns Valid warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs upfront, which will be reimbursed upon a successful claim. Warranty claims are typically processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Upon approval, you may choose between a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a replacement item (subject to availability).


4. Delivery

Transit Times Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days. International orders generally take 5–15 days, depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Dispatch Time Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our team operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. We take every measure to minimize delays during holiday periods.

Address Changes Delivery address changes can be accommodated at any time before an order is dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your address.

P.O. Boxes We ship to P.O. box addresses via postal services. Courier delivery is not available for P.O. box locations.

Military Addresses We ship to military addresses via USPS. Courier services are not available for military address delivery.

Out-of-Stock Items If part of your order is out of stock, we will dispatch available items immediately and ship the remaining items as soon as they are restocked.

Delayed Deliveries If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us at hoperingsjewelry@gmail.com and we will investigate promptly.


5. Tracking

A tracking link will be sent to you upon dispatch so you can monitor your shipment in real time based on updates from the shipping provider.


6. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please reject the delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please get in touch with us at hoperingsjewelry@gmail.com and we will guide you through the next steps.


7. Duties & Taxes

Sales tax is included in the displayed product prices. For international orders, import duties and taxes are pre-paid — customers will not face any additional charges upon delivery.


8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at any time before dispatch. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy for guidance.


9. Insurance

All parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value declared by the courier. In the event of a damaged or lost parcel, a refund or replacement will be processed as soon as the courier completes their investigation.
