Return Windows We offer a 30-day return policy for custom items and a 90-day return policy for non-custom items, both starting from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hoperingsjewelry@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. No return shipping labels or additional costs are required. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


1-Year Warranty We stand behind the quality of our products, which is why every purchase comes with a complimentary 1-year warranty. If your item is damaged or shows unexpected wear within one year of receiving your order, you are eligible for a free replacement. Simply reach out to us and we'll make it right.


Damages & Issues Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hoperingsjewelry@gmail.com so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom or personalized products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. For custom items specifically, you remain eligible for a refund within the 30-day window and will not be required to return the item. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.
